Jiwa 6 variables

I am trying to write a small piece of code that will allow any code I write to be applied to a user, based on their username.
However I am struggling to find a list of variables that Jiwa uses. I can only really find code that has been written on this forum but no reference guide.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
