Decimals on Secondary Cost

Using JIWA65.13
Am trying to set Inventory Secondary cost field to 6 decimals, so we can store Net Explosive Qty for local gun runner.
Have this in inventory form loaded. But nothing is happening.
FormObject.GridManager.GridDecimalPlaces FormObject.JTSecondaryCost, "JTSecondaryCost", 1, 4
Any suggestions?
