Can you please tell me where I can find Jiwa SMS plugin and how to activate it? Do we need to any 3rd party service in order for SMS to work?

We have more information on the Austlink SMS Alerts module at our Jiwa Training website at https://jiwatraining.com.au/sms-alerts-for-jiwa.

You may need credentials to access some of the pages. If you do just give me a call on 0414 627 435 and I will arrange access. I can also show you through the system if you want to learn more about it.
