Typically PDF output for JIWA users is not a problem as JIWA does this natively without the need for additional PDF writer software. This is just a heads up to say there IS a free PDF writer out that that is freeware for business and NOT JUST personal use and can be printed to from almost any Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/Vista Application to produce a valid Acrobat PDF output file. To date it has been fully Terminal Services friendly and works well with roaming profiles, and Folder Redirection (Microsoft Intellimirror). An added feature of this package is the "Save and Email" button that not only saves as a PDF, but creates a new email and attaches it for you as a convenience using your default MAPI-based emailer (Registered in Internet Options in Control Panel - under the "Default Email Program" option).

You will need to manually navigate to the download links on the downloads tab on this site. The latest version 0.9.6 is *supposed* to work now with Microsoft Vista - ensure you test this on an unimportant workstation before taking this into production.
