Enhancement request re allocations

As we know once, transactions have been aged out, they can't be unallocated & re-allocated. I've been in the habit of fiddling the Trans_AgedOut flag and TransAlloc flag but it means they need to get me to do it.
It would be great to have a way to unage transactions so that users, if they realise a mistake has been made with allocations, can unage the relevant payments and invoices & allow them to re-allocate. The next period rollover will just age them again.
