Hi All,

I'm hoping someone can shed some light. The new Financial Year began on 1 July 2021.

A couple days into the year and the journals were erroring. No problems, this has happened before, I just need to initialize a new year.

I did that, and then went on to roll the year (I think this was my mistake) I assumed I couldn't post into the new year until the year was rolled.

Now it seems the 2020/21 year is global locked and I cant post anything into the 2020/21 year without it producing errored sets.

Is there anyway for me to get around this?

We'll be able to get around this, but In order to troubleshoot and provide a resolution we'll need to see your GL config - and posting that here on the forums isn't really appropriate because it may be sensitive information, so for that reason you should create a support ticket via our helpdesk.
