Windows Server 2016 and SQL 2008

Hi,
I'm a JIWA 6.5.12 user.
I'm testing a new Windows server 2016 but I can't make a connection from login screen.
It's working on Windows 2008 R2, but not in 2016.
I saw there's logon patch for this, but I can't find it in anywhere.
Can anyone share the patch ?
