Speed of 6.5.13 on Windows 2012 and Windows 8

Jiwa 6.5.13 runs incredibly slow on Windows 2012 Server or Windows 8.1 under 64 bit, the program operates fine on Windows 7 64 bit, I have tried changing the compatibility mode and firewalls and antivirus, but we have three machines having this problem, this is talking to SQL 2012 with the patch dll for loginui.dll, any other ideas to try?
