Am getting this error when trying to Activate a Bookin in Jiwa, can you pls advise on what this could be about.

John from your organisation has already logged a service request this morning for the same problem. This isn't a technical/programming issue - so moved to core product support forum - but as it's already been logged in our support system it'll be dealt with there as our support staff don't do forums.
