Hi All
I new to JEWA
I am trying to track a non inventory item on a sales ?
I cannot work out where you look to see if a client has received a non inventory item except by looking at each sale order

Hi martyran01,

The Sales By COGS by PartNo report lets you do this.

Look on the Sales -> Reports menu for the item "Sales With COGS by PartNo". You can specify a range of debtors (cutomers), part no's and dates - sales of non inventory items will appear as well as inventory items.

The one i was looking for was a live type look Like up the Inventory sales look up which is a great tool by the way

its a shame this didnt have a filter on it

but the reports work ok

What you're asking for is possible with a plugin - it would only take an hour or so to do. Engage the helpdesk for a quote if you would like to get something like that done.
