Not sure if this is appropriate for a forum post - I can submit a ticket but thought it might be useful in case this problem is encountered by others.
So I have a fat client of Jiwa 7.2.1. Currently SR13 but don't think this is a SR issue.
When they run reports, they're prompted for the JiwaReports password. Entering the known good password doesn't help. Says the password is wrong.
If I log onto Jiwa as that user from another PC/server, no issues (different Windows user). So the problem is on the PC and/or their Windows profile. Apparently just started happening last week.
They're running Jiwa as an administrator and their Windows/AD account is a member of local administrators.
Have tried various password resets but I know it's not a wrong password - definitely something misbehaving on the local PC.
Looking for ideas, resolutions?
