Moving customised menus across multiple JIWA files

We run multiple companies - each in a separate JIWA file.

Are you able to move customised menus between company files simply ?

Yes - have you tried the XML import / export of the menu ?

When looking at a menu (Menu Maintenance Form from the System > Menu Configuration > Menu Maintenance), you can export it to an XML file from the Utilities tab of the ribbon.

Then, in the second database, the same form (System > Menu Configuration > Menu Maintenance) you can import from XML.

I've also created a How-To in our document portal describing these steps.

Awesome - worked perfectly.

Imported the entire menu including duplicates but that was because of the way I set up the menus.
