Yes, once the REST API for Jiwa 7.1 is released, we will look at providing a plugin for Magento 2.x.

Currently it is not supported, and as mentioned above we will be providing something at a later date for Magento 2. Having said that - if you've an adventurous nature you can refactor the current Magento 1.9.x plugin to work with Magento 2.x.

Real Soon Now (TM).

Today we released development build 7.00.181.00 which contains almost all we intended to ship with the first commercial version of the REST API. It'll be a few weeks yet before this is a fully tested public release, but you can start to test against it now (and in fact we'd greatly appreciate it if developers did so, so we can address any issues before the public release).

We have a public site running on this build backing against the Jiwa demo data at https://api.jiwa.com.au.

We will not be providing a Magento 2 compatible version of the plugin.
