@Scott, re HTTP 500 error.

Hi,
7.2.1.0
SR 16
I keep getting HTTP 500 errors when using the inbuilt patch method for inventory updates.
I have been told this is something to do with file path length, but I have not got a clue where the error is and how to rectify it.
I have the server error message and tried to post it here but the forum wont let me probably because it is seen as malicious code.
So I have sent the full message to Scott via the contact form.
can you please have a look and point me in the right direction?
Thank you.
Cheers
