Add tab to inventory maintenance

Hi There

Trying to add a custom tab to the inventory maintenance screen following this old sample plugin viewtopic.php?f=27&t=318

But getting the attached error, have also attached the plugin.

That example is 8 years old, things must have changed since then.

Fortunately, we've kept it up-to-date and include it in the Jiwa demo data. So whatever version of Jiwa you are using, create a new demo database and a working version of the plugin that you can enable, test and then export will be in there.
