Error running reports in 7.2

I can't seem to run any reports in version 7.2.
Just started happening - I don't think anything has changed on my laptop.
Report error.png

Any ideas?

Looks a Crystal version conflict.

Have you tried repairing the Jiwa installation?

Maybe also look in Add/Remove programs in Control panel to see what Crystal packages are installed.
