Hi There
Am having a strange issue with Jiwa 7.2.0 API , when I start the API service via Services, it gives an error 216 0xd8, which am fairly sure is the login error of Jiwa. Am using the same JiwaUsername and JiwaPassword that I use to login to JIWA. Can you pls advise on what could be wrong here? thanks

Does Jiwa run ok on that machine - as in, can you login to Jiwa ok?
Check the Windows Application event log - we should have an entry in there explaining why it could not start.
