I still think it's a SY_UserProfile entry you've missed.

Delete any row with IDKey = 'CreditTransactionsJiwaGrid.Height' OR IDKey = 'TransactionsUltraSplitter.Collapsed'

Here is another possibility. We had some weird RDP graphics issues where dropdowns were not working properly. We turned off some RDP feature via a registry entry and it resolved the issue. Apparently it's a bug in RDP and Microsoft were going to fix it (eventually). Below is a snip from an internal issue we had logged.

Problem is discussed here : https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Fo ... f=required

I have altered the local machine Group Policy on JiwaRDS and also the jiwa.com.au Group Policy on ADFS to disable the "Use advanced RemoteFX graphics for RemoteApp" policy setting.

Computer Configuration/Policies/Admin Templates/Windows Components/Remote Desktop Services/Remote Desktop Session Host/Remote Session Environment: Use advanced RemoteFX graphics for RemoteApp – Disabled

This has resolved the issue.

FYI - This means the graphical fidelity of remoteapp clients is lessened - no doubt a future Windows 10 update will address this issue and we at that time should revert the Group Policy changes I made above.
