There's an editable email address field (txtDebtorEmailAddress) that seemingly goes nowhere, and comes from nowhere, anything you type in there survives changing records or a refresh.

I notice that there's no email address field for QO_Main or QO_History; that's a bit of a pity, and would be the ideal use for that text box

Yes, DEV-6933 adds a field to QO_History to store a denormalised email address.

So consider this request filled! As it is a data structure change, we can't provide this in a service release and so the next minor version will contain the improvement.
