Renaming a field label

What is the process to rename a field label e.g. Inventory "UPC" to "Barcode" Service Manager "Department" to something else?

Thanks Scott. I 've got that but I am unable to reference the Service Manager form the ListMembers has only a handful of forms. How do I get to other forms?

Add the form (JiwaFinancials.Jiwa.JiwaServiceManagerUI.Jobs) via the forms tab on the plugin.
