How can you automatically show a form such as sales orders after a user logs in?

In Staff Maintenance there is a grid for startup items.

Thanks Scott,

I didn't even know that was there but if you wanted to avoid having to maintain it in the database would attaching a shown event to the manager's MDI Parent form work in the after logged in or is that going to be null at that point?
