Pay no heed to William5 - it looks like a backlink spam account.
Whilst it's not posted any spam yet, the current modus operandi is to create an account, post a few times and then change their signature to include a URL to the site they intend to promote. This is how the SEO cowboys who promise to "get your site #1 on Google" actually get a site to be highly ranked - temporarily - until Google and other search engines get on top and end up punishing the promoted site to be forever banished to the bottom of the search results. Meanwhile the SEO cowboys ride off into the sunset with the money.
EDIT: I spoke too soon - William5 has posted a spam backlink - it was in a quote block so I failed to notice it!
Into the abyss he goes.
