I am not sure whether or not you'd seen the post added to viewtopic.php?f=26&t=1139&start=10 as Danny had originally marked the post as resolved or you have been busy but there is a bug in the More ranges for Manual Backorder Release Plugin which we have been unable to resolve ourselves and the customer is asking us when the issue will get solved.

Yes, I've seen it - been too busy to find the few hours of time required to look into it. And to be fair, it really should be a completely separate topic - it's a different question to what was asked, answered and accepted. "More ranges for Manual Backorder Release" was the original question, and what's been tacked on is to add more columns to the results for the Backorder Release form - some 11 months AFTER it was accepted as answered! But that's not why we've neglected it the last couple of weeks - just busy, and that requirement tacked onto the topic is going to take some time to attempt.

If it's urgent enough that someone is willing to pay for our time to look at it, then our heldpesk should be your next destination.

The tacking on of the columns actually in the results is not the issue as I have been able to make that happen with pretty much the advice I had given to Danny i.e. follow behind the Display lines call and fill in the blanks, it's actually in the original plugin that the available value doesn't change when you allocate stock to the back orders, as is normal Jiwa behaviour, my reason for raising this second post is Danny had closed the original post and both of us recalled you saying something about a post that is closed may not notify you.

As always your help is appreciated and this will have to wait until you are able to get to it, don't worry about the extra columns when you do as I said that's been handled.
