Jiwa and Email

With Jiwa sending email using Outlook you get the annoying popup to allow or deny access, am I right in assuming that outlook should only be used when it is inside the user interface?

Also is there any way of stopping the access /deny popup besides some third party solution like https://www.contextmagic.com/express-cl ... rchase.htm

Sometime there are reasons to not like Microsoft :D

You can thank virus/spam writers for that limitation of Outlook.

If the customer happens to have an Office365 account, or are using an Exchange server, then using the Exchange web service instead avoids the problem.

Yep - we've come across this and found a solution before - take a look at this: https://docs.jiwa.com.au/display/J7UG/O ... +my+behalf

EDIT: But the best solution is to use the Email - Configuration Microsoft Graph REST API plugin for sending emails. It won't ask users to allow the sending of emails, and it shows in their sent items.
