It's a jiwa licensing issue. The API key which belongs to a staff member has not a license but after assigning it worked

But your original reported issue was

Which was not related to a licensing issue as Jiwa was already logged on and which meant a valid license would need to have been consumed, so I think Mike's point is what has changed that resolves that, for instance is the api key that is now working pointing to a different user or have you updated the SQL credentials of the user you are using as the original issue could in no way be related to licensing?

I have no idea I tried different ways and combinations of permissions nothing worked for me and still not for my local evaluation edition but the other instance which contains the license has worked.
