Hi There

We have a situation in which two or more staff are required to follow up on Sales Quotes hence expected to show it on CRM Dashboard for both users. At the moment it only shows for the default contact against the debtor, is there a way this can be changed to a Contact Group of that Debtor.

That would be a plugin - a plugin which creates a custom form.

Usually a plugin that involves creating a custom form requires commercial licenses to the third party controls from Infragistics and Grapecity used to build Jiwa and the use of Visual Studio which is why I suspect Mike suggested you look at paying Jiwa to do it, which would probably be the cheapest option.

Building or modifying a plugin that contains it's own form usually requires a fairly good understanding of the 3rd party controls as well Jiwa's underlying infrastructure for how forms operate and you may well burn a lot of hours trying to figure it out.

Yes, try searching for dashboard on these forums and you'll find this topic at least (perhaps there are more?) which includes a plugin.
