Debtor On Hold from Period Rollover

Often found that the Debtor on Hold function from Period rollover, was a pretty much brush over all debtors, and wasn't always what customers wanted.
Perhaps it could be linked to a procedure.
Thought I'd share the attached plugin as a freebie for you guys, for all the help I've been getting.
It will add a button to Period Rollover, which they can click after doing the rollover, or anytime in month.
Then the procedure you create.. See documents tab on plugin for sample. Can make your own rules.
e.g. ignore certain customers, Have High/ Low/ Medium risk, don't get caught out by pesky cents etc.
