I seem to no longer be getting forum notifications in my email.

Is it just me?

Yeah - sorry - this was fixed a week or two ago.

Turns out when you run out of disk space for your MariaDB database, PHPBB can't send emails - it silently fails - but is happy to allow new rows for forum topics and posts.
