Shipment Bookiin - Batch Numbered items

How can the serial/batch popup in Shipment Bookin be modified to;
1. Include the inventory description in the header (in addition to the part number)
2. Default the quantity to the "Quantity This Bookin"from the bookin lines.

How can the serial/batch popup in Shipment Bookin be modified to;
