Ok, so as per my earlier post - have you verified the REST API is running at your http://localhost/JiwaAPI URL?

I'm not sure what you're doing now, or why.
My last post just asked you to confirm if the REST API is running. You've not answered that question.
Today is a public holiday in Australia, and so is Monday - so I may not be able to respond until Tuesday 3 April 2018.
