Plugin Sample - Add inventory documents to sales order

This is a simple plugin which adds any inventory documents to a sales order when an inventory item is added to the sales order.

It tries to match the document type of the inventory document to a sales order document type, but failing that the default sales order document type is used.

Ideally, you'd probably want to only add inventory documents which of a certain type, but that's a simple modification of the sample provided.
