Purchase Order Shipping Address Custom Grid Labels

Normally, the "Field" cell values in the Shipping Address grid on purchase orders cannot be customised because the UI relies on the "Field" column value to know which underlying property to update. I've attached a solution, however - a plugin that hides the "Field" column and creates a "Name" column. You can modify the plugin to use whatever values you like in the "Name" column cells, leaving the "Field" cells untouched and thus leaving the underlying native Jiwa code functional.
