Plugin Sample - Add tab to inventory maintenance

The attached sample plugin adds a new tab to the Inventory Maintenance form- and places some controls on that tab.

This is a conversion of the legacy version 6 "pluglet" named "Inventory Console".

The new tab adds a customer lookup, customer price, lead time and stock summary. It's a simple example on how you can use plugins to add tabs to existing forms to provide added functionality.
