Purchase Order dollar limit per user
Posted: Thu Nov 05, 2015 2:37 pmThis sample plugin adds a custom field to Staff Maintenance - "POLimit". Each staff member can have a dollar value limit set for the maximum purchase order value they can enter.
When a Purchase Order is modified which causes the PO Value to exceed the POLimit set for the staff member, a desktop Alert displays.
Should the user proceed to attempt to save the purchase order, they are presented with an error message and the save cancelled.
