Because I needed the functionality to maintain webhook subscribers and subscriptions for a number of clients I've ended up building a screen to do it, as one of the clients will periodically need to disable the webhooks, which also gave me the opportunity to try out a tool I built back in March to also generate the necessary business objects and collection item objects as well and largely left me with only having to write the screen code.
Its a fairly simple screen based upon Jiwa's standard maintenance screen as can be seen by the screen shot below, the plugin for it is attached, it simply requires registering of the form and then adding the form to the menus.
