Is there any mechanism that flushes the web hook message and response tables?

My reason for asking this question is the client is running on Azure SQL and we are setting up a stock level hook amongst others which given the volume of data for this client would mean a large volume in the tables and before I set someting up to do it I wanted to know if something already existed.

We don't have anything as yet - added improvement DEV-8614 to address this.
