FYI - we've recognised the difficulty in providing the report parameters in a query string, so we've got an improvement in the works to support a POST operation which would allow nice request bodies - DEV-7998.

Sorry - I only just came across this unanswered post. The fix I cited is scheduled for fix in a future release - its status is currently "SELECTED FOR DEVELOPMENT" and will change to "DONE", "PASSED TESTING" or "TO BE DOCUMENTED" when complete and in a build of the software. At that time, then an update would need to be deployed to the Jiwa REST API to incorporate the change.
