Everyone please do keep in mind, that when referring / quoting to private emails should consider the ethics of such.

I just want to make it clear that private correspondence should not be posted in this forum without the express consent of all involved parties - and if you do feel your private correspondence has been copied in these forums without your consent, and you want it removed, we will do so.
