That's not hard.
I've been working with Crystal in various forms for over 20 years, and never once come across someone who actually uses it who also actually likes it. And considering how much upgrades cost vs. what's in the upgrades, they've always been a bit of a rip-off (I dare anyone to identify any user-interface *improvements* since Crystal 8.x (c. 2000)).
And then there's the compatibility issues, as identified in this thread. 'tis a nightmare.
Most of the alternatives are better, but they were mostly all pretty late to the party.
It would be nice to use something else, but I know from bitter experience that changing a reporting platform is a 'non-trivial' exercise.
