Manipulating "Sales Order Print Report" Dialog

Hi Scott,

Thank you for that. From what I tested, the printing dialog is working fine and exactly the way I've imagined.

Although, I got an error message after going through some tabs in between Sales Orders, Sales Quotes and Purchase Order, as you can see attached. Could you help me with this?

Yep. Go and check the original thread again. I updated the plugin to fix this.
