Whilst I can see email templates, it appears they can be set up but only used in the Debtor batch printing and email.
In reality templates with signature should be able to be set up for purchase orders, quotes and sales orders so when you do a PO and want to send and select the email button, it should appear with a template, instead it is a blank box where you have to enter everything. Surely it would make more sense that each user can configure templates for each section they are required to email from, it is time consuming having to enter each time or cut and paste each time from another document.
Also it would be good if the emails can access the outlook address book to select recipients other than the default one set in Jiwa
Virtually all communication now is done by email so these feature should be fairly standard in this sort of software package, is this being looked at for future improvements?
