Installing Jiwa 7 on a Windows computer, which has .NET 4.6.1 installed the Jiwa 7.00.149 install may fail by getting stuck in a reboot loop at the .NET 4.6 installation pre-requisite.
The following steps should to be followed to resolve this issue:
Uninstall .NET 4.6.1 - Update for Microsoft Windows (KB3102467)
Uninstall .NET 4.6 - Update for Microsoft Windows (KB3045563)
NOTE: This might not be available if .NET 4.6.1 was already installed on the computer and refer to Note below
Reboot the server
Install Jiwa 7.00.149, which then will install .NET 4.6 as a pre-requisite. After the reboot the installer picks up to install Jiwa
Install .NET 4.6.1
NOTE: On Windows Server 2012 R2 .NET4.6 and .NET 4.6.1 aren't shown in Control Panel under the programs to uninstall, but it is shown as a Windows update. For further information access the links below and expand the 'Additional Information' node.
