Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Hi!,

we are integrating jiwa with our magento store,
While running any actions like Export Jiwa Product Categories, it will show message in logs

but when i run actions like
Enqueue - Import Magento customers
Dequeue - Import Magento Customers

and also actions for sales orders and debtors works fine, only actions for importing or exporting products or categories or inventory items will make this issue.

i have also attached the snapshot of logs when we run Export Jiwa product categories action.

can you suggest me, what are the points which cause this issue, and also what will be the solution for it.
